Tel Aviv University Alumni Influence Circle: The New Influencers Community of Tel Aviv University Alumni

The evening opened with networking, followed by a TED Talk by Liran Liberman, CEO of Humanz and a Tel Aviv University alumnus, faculty of Social Studies and Coller School of Management, titled "When AI Meets Social Responsibility."

The centrepiece of the event was a panel discussion, "Who Influences Whom? Social Responsibility, Authenticity and the Power to Shape Public Opinion," moderated by Tal Giladi, journalist at Yedioth Ahronoth and TAU alumna of the faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Humanities. The panel featured distinguished alumni leading today's digital landscape:

· Atay Schulberg – Global Brand Strategy Manager at TikTok Israel and AI Implementation Lead

· Hen Zander – News presenter and reporter at Channel 13 News, alumna of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Tel Aviv University

· Sigal Gafni – Journalist, meteorologist, and presenter at Keshet 12 and V1, alumna of the Faculties of Exact Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, and Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University

· Yonatan Yaffe – Digital Project Manager at Isracard and lifestyle creator, alumnus of the Faculty of Life Sciences

· Avia Weiss – Content creator and Social Media Manager at a global high-tech company, and a third-year student at the Bob Shapell School of Social Work at Tel Aviv University

The event concluded with a TED Talk by Adi Yoffe, business futurist and innovation expert, alumna of the Faculty of Humanities, titled "Degree 3.0 – Academia in a Disrupted World."

Sigalit Ben Hayoun, Head of the Tel Aviv University Alumni Organization said : "In the 1960s, Andy Warhol said that in the future everyone would be famous for 15 minutes, but he did not know TikTok and AI. Today, attention is a rare resource, and today we are talking about minutes or seconds of fame. True influence is not measured in likes or followers, but in the ability to build trust over time. As an institution that educates for leadership and innovation, we believe that the most important question today is not only who influences - but how they influence and what they choose to influence. The real challenge is not to achieve exposure, but to turn the moment of fame into years of trust, influence and community."
