The Team

	Sigalit Ben Hayoun Co-Founder and Head of TAU Alumni Organization Sigalit is the Head of TAU Alumni Organization. In the past, she served in a number of senior positions, including Marketing Manager of the Lubinsky Group, importer of Peugeot, Citroen & MG. In this position Sigalit managed the marketing team and the marketing budget, and was responsible for branding and strategy of all brands. Prior to this, Sigalit was the CEO of the renowned & successful "Club Med Israel", heading a team of 40 personnel, including management tier. During her service in the IDF, Sigalit served in the known elite Unit 8200 of the Intelligence Service. Sigalit holds a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies , MBA in Business Administration, as well as in Museology Studies from the Faculty of Arts at Tel Aviv University. She also graduated the Directors & Senior Executives Program at ”Lahav Executive Education“, Tel Aviv University.
	Ayelet Seadya - Managerial Coordinator Ayelet is the Managerial Coordinator of the TAU Alumni Organization. Among her previous positions, Ayelet was the sales promotion manager of the Lubinski Group, which imports Peugeot & Citroen vehicles to Israel. Prior to that, Ayelet was a Media account executive at Advertising agencies. Ayelet holds a B.A in Hebrew Language and Comparative Literature and a teaching certificate in secondary education.
	Adva Oren - Next Generation Leadership Community Manager Adva served in several managerial positions at the Caesarea Development Corporation, including Customer Relations, Sales & Event Manager of Caesarea Golf Club, and Development, Marketing & Events Director of Caesarea Tourism. As part of her roles, Adva was responsible for formulating and leading marketing strategy with entrepreneurs, tourism officials, and government bodies, branding and positioning all commercial and business activity for potential customers, managing customer relations both internally and externally, content development, budget management, producing commercial, cultural, and promotional events, establishing a members club in the revitalized space, and strengthening the brand identity and members pride in the exclusive club. Adva holds a BA in Communication and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies and an MBA in Communication and Management from Netanya Academic College.

Anastasiya Ostapenko - Data Operations Analyst Coordinator

Anastasiya has worked in several marketing and content roles.

Anastasiya holds a B.A. in Film and Television from the Steve Tisch School, Tel Aviv University.

Tal Rotbard - Digital Content Manager

Tal served in the International Cooperation Unit in IDI as a project manager as well as a course commander. After her service she worked as a social media and website manager for a cosmetic brand importer

Tal is currently an undergraduate student in the Digital Society Studies program at TAU's Faculty of Social Sciences.

Adi Damri - Information and Data Analyst Coordinator

Adi is an undergraduate student in Economics and Psychology with a concentration in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Tel Aviv University, in a program that combines an analytical approach with a deep understanding of human thinking.

During her military service in a classified intelligence unit, she led complex projects in the fields of data analysis and information management, applying advanced methodologies and creative thinking skills to solve unique challenges.

Currently, she works as an Information and Data Analyst Coordinator in the Tel Aviv University alumni organization, where she utilizes her skills in information management, data analysis, research, and programming.
