TAU alumni community retains its power in the 24th Israeli Knesset
The list of parties and MKs that will populate the Israeli Knesset during the term that begins today has changed, but the only factor that retained its power and influence among the publicly elected officials is the TAU alumni community.

In the elections for the 24th Knesset of the State of Israel, held on the 23rd of March 2021, 26 TAU Alumni from the entire political spectrum were elected as members of the Knesset, including 3 party leaders:
- Amichai Chikli (Yemina), alumnus of the School of Political Science, Government and International Affairs at TAU’s Faculty of Social Sciences
- Avi Dichter (Likud), alumnus of the Coller School of Management
- Ayelet Shaked (Yemina), alumna of the Faculty of Exact Sciences and the Faculty of Engineering
- Lt Gen Benny Gantz, Chairman of the Blue & White Party, alumnus of the Zvi Yavetz School of History
- Boaz Toporovsky (Yesh Atid), alumnus of the Buchmann Faculty of Law and the School of Economics at TAU’s Faculty of Social Sciences
- David Bitan (Likud), alumnus of the Buchmann Faculty of Law
- Eitan Ginzburg (Blue & White), alumnus of the School of Political Science, Government and International Affairs at TAU’s Faculty of Social Sciences
- Elazar Stern (Yesh Atid), alumnus of the Coller School of Management
- Eli Avidar (Yisrael Beiteinu), alumnus of the TAU Faculty of Humanities
- Eli Cohen (Likud), alumnus of the Coller school of Management
